We built a full visual ecosystem for AXS TV's Music News Live. The development was guided by AXS TV’s mission to deliver trustworthy, fast-moving, and visually compelling coverage surrounding music. The identity needed to feel at home within the AXS TV brand, while also establishing Music News Live as a standalone entity that could engage new audiences online.
Alongside the Music News Live logo, we developed custom templates for social media, a variety of decks for marketing purposes, video content, web pages, print material, and digital ads. Lastly, we ensured that our design system, templates, and creative devices were able to be handed off to internal teams with ease for ongoing and future use.


The Logo & Brand
The logo was designed with clarity and impact. Drawing from classic newsroom typography, it uses bold sans-serif lettering and simple spacing to ensure legibility across screens and motion environments. The emphasis on “LIVE” grounds the mark. It communicates immediacy, reliability, and constant access. Built as a flexible system, the logo adapts seamlessly across on-air graphics, digital platforms, and social content, maintaining consistency and recognition in every format.


Marketing & Advertising Opportunities
We also created a set of ad-focused mockups and basic sponsor templates specifically for Music News Live. These were built to help sales easily showcase how brand partners could appear on-air in the MNL environment — from scrolling banners to logo placement and quick brand tie-ins. Unlike the social/digital templates, these were designed purely for advertiser packaging and pitch support.

For the Music News Live website, we set out to create a platform that keeps fans connected to what’s happening in music anytime, anywhere. Beyond daily music news, we made sure it housed a robust music database featuring live artist profiles, stats, socials, and release info.
Working closely with AXS TV’s Digital and Technology teams, we developed a site that prioritizes speed, scalability, and a seamless user experience... ensuring the focus always stays where it belongs: on the music.

Music News Live’s visual system was built to work across multiple platforms in a variety of formats. We designed a variety of designs and templates could be used to showcase the brand consistently across social, digital, linear, and print.
These samples helped sales visualize real-world use cases, and gave potential advertisers a clear sense of how their branding could live inside Music News Live’s world.
